Unistar Multimedia Limited has formed Arzani India Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to establish six data center campuses across India over five years. This strategic entry into the data center and cloud infrastructure sector diversifies Unistar's business. Arzani India will provide secure, compliant digital infrastructure for banking, fintech, and other enterprises. The initiative aims to generate long-term, recurring revenue and unlock shareholder value. It also operationalizes a prior ₹50 crore investment, expanding Unistar's scope.
