BCL Enterprises Limited's board noted the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Mr. Kishore Kargeti due to personal reasons. The board subsequently appointed Mr. Shahzaib Nawaz, a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience in finance, taxation, and financial reporting, as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel. Additionally, the company approved issuing secured, unlisted, unrated, redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating ₹200 Cr. These NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1 lakh, will be issued through a private placement to raise funds.
