Rose Merc Limited's subsidiary, Emirates Holding FZ LLC, has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire a 30% equity stake in Alpha Investment Capital FZ LLC. Alpha Investment Capital is a global project development and infrastructure advisory firm specializing in Public Private Partnerships across transport, smart cities, and energy sectors. This acquisition aims to boost Emirates Holdings FZ LLC's capabilities in project management and structuring for large PPP projects in GCC and European markets. The transaction involves a cash consideration of AED 5,400,000 and, upon completion, will make Alpha Investment Capital a step-down subsidiary.
