Biocon board approved fully acquiring Biocon Biologics via a ₹6,950 Cr share swap & $400M cash. This aims to simplify structure & drive synergies. To fund this, Biocon plans to raise up to ₹4,500 Cr & ₹1,800 Cr via Commercial Papers. Shareholders to vote on Dec 31 EGM.
