Biocon will fully acquire Biocon Biologics (BBL) for strategic integration, simplifying its structure. This involves a Rs 6,950 Cr share swap and a USD 400 million cash payment, funded by a planned Rs 4,500 Cr raise and interim Rs 1,800 Cr commercial papers. Authorized capital increased to Rs 900 Cr.
