Biocon Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-12-2025: Issue of Securities

Biocon will acquire Biocon Biologics shares via a Rs. 6,950 Cr preferential equity swap (17.13 Cr shares at Rs. 405.78 each) with BBL shareholders. It plans to raise up to Rs. 4,500 Cr through various securities to fund a USD 400 million cash payment to Mylan for BBL shares. An EGM for shareholder approval is on December 31.
