Biocon will acquire Biocon Biologics shares by issuing 17.13 Cr new equity shares via preferential allotment at Rs 405.78 per share, valuing it at Rs 6,950 Cr as a swap. They'll also raise up to Rs 4,500 Cr via other instruments to fund the cash portion of the BBL deal. EGM on Dec 31 for approvals.
