Sri Senthil Nathan, a Chartered Accountant, brings over four decades of experience in accounting, banking, and financial management, including prior roles within the promoter group. Concurrently, Sri K S Venkitasubramanian has stepped down from the COO position and ceases to be a KMP. This leadership change brings significant operational expertise to the company.
