AAA Technologies' board saw two independent directors resign. Mr. Prateek Bhansali and Ms. Jyoti Torani were appointed as new Independent Directors for five years. Ms. Torani will chair the Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, while Mr. Bhansali joins NRC and SRC.
