IITL Projects Ltd — Important, 06-12-2025: Company Update

IITL Projects has completed the sale of its investment, comprising 4,00,880 preference shares in Capital Infraprojects Private Limited, to Medanta Real Estate Private Limited. The company has now received the entire sale consideration of 0.40 Cr for these shares. This transaction finalizes the previously announced divestment of an asset that had an aggregate value of 0.48 Cr. The closing of the deal and transfer of shares has taken place, bringing cash into the company from this asset sale.
