ARCL Organics Ltd — Important, 06-12-2025: Company Update

ARCL Organics has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to acquire land, industrial plants, machinery, and equipment from Vishvam Formalin, Angel Resins, and two individuals. These assets, located in Gujarat, are currently used for manufacturing powder resins. The total consideration for this acquisition is Rs. 26 Cr. Payments include an initial refundable advance of Rs. 13 Cr, with subsequent installments of Rs. 7 Cr and Rs. 6 Cr. This strategic acquisition is set to strengthen the company's manufacturing presence and boost its operational capacity, signaling an expansion of business capabilities for shareholders.
