U.Y. Fincorp posted a half-year profit of 14.06 Cr with revenue of 40.09 Cr. It plans a QIP up to 50 Cr and launched 'FUNDOBABA' for small loans via a JV. The company delisted from CSE and had a 9 Cr impairment related to an associate in liquidation.
