This acquisition is set to enhance Leo Dryfruits' premium product portfolio and unlock cross-selling and distribution synergies. It significantly strengthens the company's presence in B2G and institutional channels, increasing its combined CSD product portfolio to sixteen items. This strategic expansion builds on Leo Dryfruits' strong H1 FY26 performance, where it reported revenue of ₹53.45 Cr, EBITDA of ₹8.21 Cr, and PAT of ₹4.76 Cr.
