Shriram Finance allotted 7,500 senior, secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. Each NCD was priced at Rs. 1,00,000, raising Rs. 75 Cr. This capital infusion will strengthen the company's long-term resources for onward lending and general business purposes.
