Creative Eye's Board appointed Dr. Madan Gosavi, Mr. Charuhas Patil, and Mr. Amit Doshi as new Independent Directors for three years, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Sarita Soni resigned from her Independent Director role. Key board committees were also re-constituted.
