Sonali's Consumer Products has signed an agreement to fully acquire Holkar Somnath Milk & Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 17.00 Crore. This strategic move aims to expand Sonali's market presence, boost revenue with new product offerings like milk, curd, and ghee, and enhance profitability. Holkar Somnath, currently not operational, will bring diversification and increased scale. The acquisition of 100% equity and control is expected to be completed within six months, marking a clear push into the dairy and agro-products sector.
