    Chavda Infra's board approved increasing authorized share capital from Rs. 25 Cr to Rs. 35 Cr. They also cleared a preferential issue of 80 lakh shares at Rs. 114 each, raising up to Rs. 91.20 Cr. Both decisions await shareholder approval.
