Kings Infra Ventures is consolidating into a single entity with two core divisions: Seafood & Aquaculture and Infrastructure & Realty. This strategic move aims to unlock significant value from its diversified businesses. A key enabler is the Kings Maritime Aquaculture Technology Park in Srikakulam, which will free up traditional land banks for active monetization. These land banks were previously estimated to generate around 300 Cr in liquidity. The company is shifting from passive land banking to active proprietary development to realize higher value, strengthening its balance sheet and creditworthiness for future growth in the blue economy.
