Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 09-12-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy announced its application for migration from the SME platform to the Main Board of BSE. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has commenced commercial operations of 3 GW PV Module manufacturing lines at Sawarda, Jaipur, with the balance 1.5 GW expected by January 2026. The company also secured BIS certification for G12R panels. Furthermore, civil work has begun for a 4.5 GW Solar Cell and 18,000 MT Aluminium Frame manufacturing plant in Madhya Pradesh, with major equipment orders placed. The current order book includes 1750 MW for solar module supply and 625 MW for EPC projects.
