Genus Power: Promoter Group has internally rearranged its share encumbrance. Key promoter members Kailash Chandra Agarwal and Ishwar Chand Agarwal released a total of ~1.98 Cr shares (~6.52% of total capital) from their existing Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU). Simultaneously, other promoter group members – Rajendra, Jitendra, Shanti, Monisha, and Amit Agarwal – created new NDUs for a combined ~1.39 Cr shares (~4.59%). This internal reshuffle ensures the promoter group continues to meet its commitment to maintain a minimum 25% ownership as part of a prior agreement linked to Gemstar Infra Pte. Ltd.
