Stratmont Industries has announced the completion of its acquisition of a 99% equity stake in Stratmont Coal and Commodity Private Limited (SCC). This corporate action was finalized through a Share Purchase Agreement for the purchase of SCC's equity shares. Consequently, Stratmont Coal and Commodity Private Limited has officially become a subsidiary of Stratmont Industries. This integration means SCC is now part of Stratmont Industries' operational structure, representing an expansion of its holdings and bringing SCC under its direct control.
