This project, located on a private society plot with a land area of 1,249.20 Sq. Mtr., is expected to yield approximately 59,526.45 Sq. Ft. of total saleable area. The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) for this venture is Rs. 171.63 Crores. This move signals an expansion of the company's commercial real estate portfolio.
