ICICI Bank's subsidiary, ICICI Prudential AMC, is launching an IPO of up to 4.90 Cr shares, priced ₹2,061-₹2,165/share (totaling ~₹10,602 Cr at max price). A 5% portion (~₹530 Cr) is reserved for eligible ICICI Bank shareholders. Bidding is open from December 12-16.
