Autoline Industries will hold an EGM to approve increasing authorized capital to Rs. 51 Cr & issuing 32.65 lakh warrants at Rs. 75 each to a promoter, raising Rs. 24.49 Cr. Funds are for working capital & expansion. Promoter stake to rise from 32.60% to 37.12% post-conversion.
