    DCM Shriram Industries demerges its Chemical and Rayon businesses into two new listed entities, DSFCL and DSIL. Existing shareholders will receive one share of DSFCL and one of DSIL for each DCMSR share held. DCMSR will focus on the sugar business. The Record Date for share entitlement is December 19.
