Kerala Ayurveda Ltd — Important, 10-12-2025: Company Update

Kerala Ayurveda's Nomination & Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 1,54,752 options to eligible employees under its ESOP 2023. These options have an exercise price of Rs. 10 each. The options will vest over four years in annual instalments of 25% each. A smaller group of four employees will see their options vest over three years in 33.33% instalments. This initiative aims to align employee interests with the company's long-term growth by offering equity participation.
