Geecee Ventures completed its investment in Fusion Finance Limited (FFL), paying the balance ₹1.33 Cr for partly paid shares. This brings the total FFL investment cost to approx ₹2.67 Cr, with Geecee now holding 2,68,315 equity shares in the NBFC-MFI.
