TCC Concept Limited has significantly expanded its stake in Pepperfry Limited, acquiring an additional 9.66% to reach a total 98.75% ownership. Pepperfry, India's leading omnichannel furniture and home goods e-commerce marketplace with FY25 turnover of Rs. 164.18 Cr, will strengthen TCC's digital presence and unlock new growth opportunities. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 65.21 Cr for the additional stake, involves a mix of share swap and cash, aligning with TCC's vision for scalable tech platforms.
