Tech Mahindra allotted 60,706 equity shares to employees under ESOPs. 55,706 shares were issued at ₹5 each, and 5,000 at ₹324 each, infusing approx ₹19 lakh. This results in a minimal equity dilution. Total shares outstanding are now 97.97 Cr.
