    Chalet Hotels' board approved the acquisition of a 150-room Udaipur resort for ₹171 Cr (subject to due diligence). Shwetank Singh is appointed MD & CEO, and Dr. Sanjay Sethi as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, both effective February 1, 2026.
