The company will avail aggregate credit facilities amounting to 80.31 Cr from HDFC Bank Limited and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Of this, 30.70 Cr is from HDFC Bank. To secure the HDFC Bank facility of 30.70 Cr, the board also approved providing a corporate guarantee and creating a charge over company assets.
