Visaka Industries Limited — Important, 11-12-2025: Disclosure of material issue

Visaka Industries has entered an MoU to transfer the leasehold rights for 7 acres of non-strategic land in Mahindra World City, Chennai. This move will bring in Rs 32.86 crore for the company from Caresoft Global Mobility Technologies Pvt Ltd.
