    The Investment Trust of India reported Q2 consolidated net profit of ₹5.61 Cr and H1 consolidated net profit of ₹15.81 Cr. Standalone results showed a Q2 net loss of ₹0.32 Cr and H1 net loss of ₹0.27 Cr. The Board approved a demerger of its Non-lending Business Unit, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
