Rama Steel Tubes (RSTL) and its subsidiary will acquire 100% of UAE-based Automech Group for ~Rs. 728 Cr. RSTL's portion (~Rs. 158 Cr) will be funded via new equity shares. This diversifies RSTL's revenue streams and strengthens its global presence in steel fabrication, engineering, and construction.
