    Thirumalai Chemicals' US arm has begun pre-commissioning its new West Virginia facility, set to produce Maleic Anhydride and Food Ingredients. Partial MAN unit startup by year-end, remaining units by H1 2026. Project cost now $255 million (~2117 Cr). Vinod Tiwari appointed CEO for TCL Specialties LLC.
