    Bartronics India Limited — Board Meeting, 12-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Company's Board approved changing its name to Avio Smart Market Stack. They greenlit borrowing up to 250 Cr and a 100 Cr loan from Kinex India, both subject to shareholder approval. A national brand ambassador for the Avio platform and a new company logo were also cleared.
