Modulex Construction Technologies has issued a corrigendum to its Postal Ballot Notice, removing a proposed allottee, Mr. Prafulchandra Yahwantrai Mehta, due to ineligibility for preferential issue. Consequently, the company will now issue up to 18,68,512 equity shares at ₹25 per share, aggregating to approximately ₹4.67 Cr. This change updates the proposed shareholding pattern. Additionally, Modulex will acquire an additional 15.76% equity stake in Give Vinduet Windows and Doors Private Limited, increasing its total holding to 99.51%.
