JSW Energy's board approved two key capital raises: a preferential issue of equity shares worth ₹500 Cr & warrants worth ₹2,500 Cr to a promoter group firm. They also greenlit raising up to ₹10,000 Cr more via eligible securities. Mr. Chandrasekaran Prabhakaran is the new CFO from Jan 1, 2026.
