    JSW Energy Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-12-2025: Preferential issue

    JSW Energy plans to issue ~95.24 lakh equity shares (for Rs. 500 Cr) and ~4.76 crore warrants (for Rs. 2,500 Cr) at Rs. 525 each to promoter group JTPM Metal Traders. They also aim to raise up to Rs. 10,000 Cr through other offerings.
