    JSW Energy's Board approved raising up to Rs. 10,000 Cr via eligible securities and a Rs. 3,000 Cr preferential issue (shares & warrants) to promoter JTPM Metal Traders. Mr. Chandrasekaran Prabhakaran was also appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.
