Metroglobal Ltd — Important, 12-12-2025: Company Update

Metroglobal announced the completion of an internal restructuring where three of its promoter group companies have merged. Anil Dyechem Industries, the old Maiden Tradefin, and Amaze Trading consolidated into Amaze Trading, which has been renamed Maiden Tradefin Private Limited. This action vests their combined 64.73% shareholding (79,83,489 shares) in Metroglobal under this single entity. While the overall promoter shareholding and control remain unchanged, Metroglobal Limited is now considered a subsidiary of the newly formed Maiden Tradefin Private Limited, simplifying the promoter's holding structure.
