Solve Plastic Products Ltd. reported a net loss of Rs 1.75 Cr on total income of Rs 22.25 Cr for the half-year. The company approved a Rights Issue up to Rs 3.22 Cr and an additional Rs 1.50 Cr loan for Kannur Plant's electrical conduit capacity enhancement. It will also convert an Adhoc loan to a 7-year term loan.
