Saurashtra Cement Limited — Others, 12-12-2025: Pendency of Litigation(s)/dispute(s) or the outcome impacting the Company

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015), we hereby submit that the Company has received a notice of hearing for an Appeal under the Income Tax Act, 1961, which is scheduled to be held on 3rd February 2026. The Company is required to disclose any event or information that becomes material pursuant to the recent amendments to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, the details as mandated under Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, are enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure A.
