Bank's Board approved allotment of 63,420 equity shares (face value Rs 2) to employees via ESOS 2011. Additionally, 16,658 shares (face value Rs 2) were allotted to MD & CEO Shri B Ramesh Babu as part of his FY22-23 variable pay under ESOS 2018.
