Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. — JV/Acquisition, 12-12-2025: Demerger

Narayana Hrudayalaya's subsidiary, NHIC, is demerging its Clinical Services undertaking, comprising 10 Bengaluru clinics, into NHL. This strategic move allows NHIC to exclusively focus on its Narayana Aarogyam preventive healthcare platform, targeting sharper growth and value in that niche. NHL will integrate the clinics for unified patient care, optimized specialist deployment, and enhanced resource efficiency across its hospital network. This separation aims to unlock value from distinct business segments for shareholders. No new shares will be issued as NHIC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NHL. The demerged unit's turnover for the last fiscal year was Rs. 39.94 Cr.
