RITHWIK FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED, which previously acquired a 100% stake in Rithwik Indus Power Private Limited making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, has announced a significant change. Following a decision by the Company's shareholders to defer further investment and approve a private placement, Rithwik Indus Power Private Limited issued new shares. This reduced the Company's shareholding in its former subsidiary to 27.78%. Consequently, RITHWIK FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED has ceased to be the holding company of Rithwik Indus Power Private Limited.
