CoIInz Laboratories announced the transmission of shares following the demise of Promoter Dr. Mani L.S. His 867,750 equity shares, representing 34.45% of paid-up capital, were transferred to his nominee, Mrs. Vijaya Mani. Mrs. Mani, already a promoter group member and Dr. Mani's wife, now holds 1,248,500 shares (49.56%), up from 380,750 shares (15.11%). This transaction ensures continuity in individual promoter holdings. Importantly, there is no change in the overall promoter group shareholding, clarifying the company's ownership structure.
