Colinz Laboratories has announced the transmission of shares belonging to its late Promoter, Dr. Mani L.S. His holding of 867,750 equity shares (34.45% of paid-up capital) has been transferred to his nominee and wife, Mrs. Vijaya Mani, who is also part of the promoter group. Following this, Mrs. Vijaya Mani's stake has increased to 1,248,500 shares, representing 49.56% of the company's equity. Importantly, this transmission does not change the overall shareholding of the promoter and promoter group, ensuring continuity in control. The company's total equity share capital stands at Rs. 2.52 Cr.
