Relic Technologies Ltd — Important, 13-12-2025: Company Update

Relic Technologies' board has approved several strategic and operational changes. The company is shifting its registered office from January 1, 2026, and appointed a new Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26. Significantly, 4,41,164 equity shares were allotted from warrant conversions, injecting 2.81 Cr and boosting paid-up capital to 5.59 Cr. The board also greenlit a name change to "Truhealthy Sciences Limited" and, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, an Employee Stock Option Plan for up to 1,10,000 options. Both require shareholder approval at an upcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting. Additionally, Mrs. Radhika Shriram was appointed as a Non-Executive Director.
