Relic Technologies Ltd — Important, 13-12-2025: Company Update

Relic Technologies' Board has approved a future name change to "Truhealthy Sciences Limited," pending shareholder consent. The company also allotted 4,41,164 equity shares at Rs. 85 each following warrant conversions, bringing in Rs. 2.81 Cr and raising paid-up capital to Rs. 5.59 Cr. An Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for up to 1,10,000 options was sanctioned, also awaiting shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Radhika Shriram was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be convened for these key resolutions.
